U.S. shipping
Ready-to-ship orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing may vary by destination, carrier, holidays, and weather.
Processing
Orders may require 1–2 business days for inspection and packing before dispatch. Preorder and custom items will display a separate estimated timeline.
Tracking
When checkout is connected, customers will receive tracking information by email or text once an order leaves our Virginia location.
Returns & exchanges
Recommended starting policy: request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Final-sale items
Custom, altered, bridal, preorder, clearance, and hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale. Each product page should identify final-sale status before purchase.
Problems with an order
